This unprecedented approach to comedy really went over well with his audience, predominantly African-American. "No one has ever pointed out these differences before!" said one audience member. "It's really a fresh and completely original set of observations," said another. "It's funny 'cause it plays right into our stereotypical views of each other," another offered.
